Valuations Manager
Immediate Start
£50-60K basic + commission (up to £5000) and bonuses £125k OTE

Our client is a very progressive and forward thinking on line estate agency who is looking for an experienced, focused and target driven Valuation Manager to head up the valuation team.

Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with manager of the bookings team to train and improve conversations relating to the company's opportunities.
Build strong relationship between Valuations team and the bookings team
Providing daily structure and discipline to Valuations team
Training and upskilling valuers on the company's proposition and conversations before, during and after valuation
Performance management where necessary
Implementing additional propositions alongside the company's core proposition and training valuers how to position and when to switch to alternative in order to maximise conversion and generate revenue on a paid lead the company would otherwise lose
Ensuring all properties under the company's proposition are priced as low as possible to sell within 30 days at maximum margin
Ensuring all properties are listed with a clear marketing plan
Ensuring all properties under any additional proposition are fairly priced and listed with a clear marketing plan
Create an in depth training plan for all new starters
Use data to manage and drive performance
Driving consistently increasing volume of instructions for the company
Reduce cancellation rate on valuations booked

The Person:

Estate Agency experience manager level ideally, but definitely a couple of years valuing
Experience of running/managing a sales team ideally 510+ people
Strong experience outside of estate agency e.g recruitment, startups
Loves change
Creative and adventurous
Loves data and analysing data to draw conclusions teach/train/learn on the back of it
Focussed and driven
Wants to progress into an Operations Manager/Senior Manager role
