Here at Long-Term Teachers, I am currently working closely with a 2 form entry Primary School in the BS22 area of Weston-Super-Mare.
You will be joining a team of staff who encourage kindness and a community feel throughout the school where children feel valued, safe and secure.
The Role
This role is for an experienced Teaching Assistant or someone with exceptional experience working with SEND.
You will be expected to work closely with a pupil in a Year 4 class, supporting with their educational and social needs.
The Head Teacher is looking for someone to work on a full-time basis, term time only.
You will need to provide structure, engaging activities and adapted support to continue making a positive impact on the pupils' achievements through a personalised approach.
You will be expected to:
- Great communication with the Class Teacher.
- Have high expectations for the pupil.
- Have previous experience as a TA or working with SEND children.
- Be enthusiastic to help the wider school too.
- Use your initiative to adapt activities to meet the pupils needs.
Working with Long-term Teachers:

Pay:
£91.00-£95.00 per day
