COMO The Halkin is a 41 bedroom hotel conceived as a cocooning 'Home from Home' on a quiet street in London Belgravia.

The classic proportions, arched windows and Georgian brick exteriors matched with elegant interiors create a feel of a private home

What you will do:

Take ownership of guest requests and follow them through to successful completion
Provide a friendly, efficient, and courteous service upon arrival and departure to ensure our guests first and last impressions of the hotel are memorable
Coordinate and manage requests from hotel guests in relation to business services, luggage storage, and rooming
Work closely with the Reception team making sure the Check in Check out process is smooth and efficient
To assist the Head Concierge with day to day tasks and cover the front door when required

Who you are:

You will have previous experience in a 4/5star hotel
Proactive in approach with a selfdriven attitude
You will have excellent social interaction and communication skills
Excellent spoken and written English
You are knowledgeable of London in order to assist guests with their bearings and meeting their requirements
A working knowledge of Opera would be advantageous, although not essential
You hold a full, clean driving license (as you may be asked to assist with the parking of guests cars)
