Technical Business Analyst - 3 month Contract - Outside IR3- up to £550pd - London - 3 days a week on site


Illuminet are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to own the analysis and technical specification of solutions to support the transformation of our Contracts & Records Management operations globally.

They will analyse and translate end-to-end business processesand associated business requirements & use cases for the creation, tracking, reporting and ongoing administration of contracts with vendors/partners across various functions and markets to articulate system, data modelling, reporting, integration and migrationneeds.

The person in this role will work in partnership with the Business Process Analyst, Program Manager, Business Lead and SMEs from Legal, Procurement, and Business Affairs, and Technology team to define the target state enabling technologies.

The TechnicalBusiness Analyst will support business requirements workshops and be accountable for defining and documenting technical system and data requirements using modelling tools and methodologies to map current to target state solutions


Requirements:


  • Professional Qualifications / Certified Technical Business Analyst or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of proven experience in a Technical or Systems Business Analyst role
  • Experience with translating business requirements into technology requirements in a global context is a must. Experience with systems supporting legal or other regulated document creation, collaboration, auditing/reporting and administration highly
  • Understanding of gathering business requirements for reporting and data needs, and translating them into MoSoW technical functional and nonfunctional specifications
  • Experienced using standard notification protocols
  • BPMN, OMG, UML
  • Experience in Jira/Confluence
  • Knowledge of APIs, JSON, React/Node, HTML, SQL and XML desirable
  • Proactive in seeking information, challenging norms and driving efficiency
  • Educated to degree level or has relevant experience

  • Selfdriven, motivated, and experienced at navigating a complex organization
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Understands how to work with a global team and flexible to adjust hours accordingly
  • Demonstrates the ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
