You will find an

high-profile pieces of litigation, working on the other side of large City and US practices.

The role
This leading West End practice is seeking to hire an Insolvency Partner.

The firm currently has a successful litigation practice, which is currently thriving.

Litigation is a core practice area of the firm, litigation is split into three core areas; business crime, property litigation, and commercial litigation.


The firm is currently receiving an influx of insolvency work, as such they are looking to form a new department, headed up by this hire.

You will
work with the Litigation partners to drive the department forwards. You will have lots of support, but also the autonomy to shape the direction of the department.

The caseload will include but not be limited to; bankruptcies, administrations, voluntary arrangements, liquidations, disqualification proceedings, IVAs and injunctions.

The caseload will be varied and will make for an interesting role.


Requirement

  • You will be an Insolvency Solicitor with at least seven years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
