Job Purpose _

- Support identified students within the classroom environment, within small group situations and on a onetoone basis.
- Work with teachers to enhance student progress, whilst also promoting their independence, selfesteem and social inclusion.
We are seeking individuals who are able to demonstrate our core behaviourswhich set out the expectations we have of our staff.
Key Skills & Experience
- Sound educational background including GCSE's in Maths and English (A*C) or equivalent
- Experience working in a school environment would be advantageous
- Ideally possess prior experience within a similar role
