To be successful at Springwood, Early Years Educators will...-
Hold a "full and relevant" level 3 qualification for work as an early years educator, as recognised by Ofsted, and have significant day nursery experience
- Demonstrate professionalism, customer care, and teamwork in all that they do, to deliver our Springwood Way of Working
- Be committed to reflective practice and selfdevelopment
An enhanced disclosure is required for this role and we will meet the cost of this where necessary. Employees are subsequently required to join the DBS update service.

Pay:
£24,050.00-£28,652.00 per year
Expected hours:
No less than 37 per week
