We have an opportunity for a Quality Coordinator - Pathology to provide administrative support for the Head of Quality and Governance and Quality team.

You will also be expected to deliver aprofessional, friendly and efficient service to service users, acting as a point of contact for a range of queries and routine information.

This will be an agile role with the need to visit various departments as required.

  • To provide administrative and secretarial support to the Quality team. This will include preparation and distribution of agenda, minutes and other documents as well as arranging venues and ordering refreshments when required
  • To maintain effective filing systems for the management of quality records that relate to the ESNEFT Quality Management System
  • To develop and maintain effective working relationships with other staff within ESNEFT
  • Produce reports supplying information in the most appropriate format and within agreed deadlines
  • To plan and organise own work schedule demonstrating effective time management and a high level of accuracy
  • To obtain and organise information and data in support of own work activities and scheduled audits, maintaining confidentiality in accordance with data protection regulations.
  • Resolve conflicting diary appointments as they arise

  • Provide audit support to the Quality Department including writing audit reports
  • Arrange in conjunction with the Quality Department audits across the service
  • Provide administrative support required for the ongoing management of the ESNEFT Audit Schedule
