Description
Ahmarra Door Installations Ltd (ADIL) are experts in specialist fire door installation, operating predominantly in the Southeast.

ADIL cover a wide range of new build and refurbishment projects including Heathrow & Gatwick Airports, Commercial Offices, Schools, Residential Developments, and Social Housing.

Our dedicated team works closely with contractors, designers, architects, and clients offering a full project management and certified installation service through the Q-Mark Fire Door Installation Scheme.


The Project Administrator will learn of aspects of the enquiry, sales, design, setting out, project management, installation, and surveying process.


You will also be responsible for:

  • Dealing with customer enquiries
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Reporting directly to the Commercial Director and Project Director
  • Supporting with general administration duties and project specific task
  • Formulating estimates for customers on MS excel and our inhouse pricing system
  • Attending site meetings to assist with surveys and/or discuss project planning
  • Completing handover documentation, including compliance certificates
  • Evaluating project variations and assisting with monthly valuations.


For the right person there may be opportunities for career progression either specialising in Project Coordination, Project Management, Project Surveying or Estimating.

Our graduate track record is exemplary with the previous two hires now Company Directors.


An excellent salary package in the region of £20,000 - £25,000 pa, depending on experience, is available with future incentives based on performance and the success of the business.

Applicants must live within commuting distance of Havant.
