Logistics Sales Manager

Salary £25,000 - £35,000 basic salary, with an OTE of 55K, however the comission is uncapped. Very good bonus scheme.

Our Client is a UK headquartered freight forwarder. Established in 1998, They pride themselves in their people and their development throughout the business.

The business provide a range of logistics services that include ocean freight, air freight, 3PL and ecommerce fulfilment to 1000's of clients with global supply chains.

The Responsibilities:


  • Prospect and win new business via telesales/LinkedIn/cold calling
  • Consistently grow the gross profit and achieve monthly growth targets.
  • Maximise revenue opportunities from existing customers by pursuing undeveloped areas
  • Process bookings and enter all customer information into CRM (Salesforce)
  • Monitor bookings, ensuring that the highest levels of service are carried out at every stage
  • Provide customers with accurate and costeffective quotations
  • Prepare weekly/monthly figures of sales activity

The Person
-
You must have at least 2 years experience in a logistics sales role:

  • You will have a proven record of winning and retaining business
  • Upbeat and positive
  • A tenacious attitude is paramount
  • Drive to hit figures and make bonus.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus scheme
