Description

A new opportunity has arisen for a motivated, experienced therapy assistant who has experience working in frailty/elderly medicine to join our frailty therapy team.

The post holder will have opportunity to work on our frailty bedded ward, same day emergency care seated unit and our new frailty virtual ward.

This post is working in our therapy team, supported by senior staff and will work in the hospital and also in the community, working closely with the hospital MDT and with existing community therapy teams.

This post requires applicants to be able to drive to be able to complete community visits.
