This popular, respected and successful retailer is looking for a regional HR business partner to join the team to build effective relationships with leaders and managers to support them in maximising the engagement and capability of their teams.

The patchyou will cover will include Scotland, Ireland and a select few North of England locations.

This is a fast paced and dynamic environment where you will need to be able to use insight, information and analysis to draw conclusions and suggest strategic responses.

By nature this role could see you out of the road 3/5 days This is a rich and variedrole that would suit someone who has the ability to manage projects independently and would like variety and creativity in their role.

There is a lot of scope for a you to really make this role your own and quickly become an integral part of the wider team.
