**LEAD PRODUCT ANALYST
LONDON (remote first)

UP TO £80,000 + benefits**Eager to join a global fintech company that's gone through great growth and is now storming the market with their leading analytics team? This is an exciting opportunity to join as the Lead Product Analyst and really make a difference.


THE COMPANY
This is a growing fintech company leading across the foreign exchange market.

Having a global presence, they are keen to grow this further and acquire other new companies to add to the mix.

With a remote first policy, you can head to the London office if youwish, with the team usually gathering once a quarter.


THE ROLE - WHAT WILL YOU GET TO DO?

In this role, you can expect to:

  • Run various A/B tests to measure success and tracking success of product performance
  • Use SQL and Python for modelling to understand regression and customer lifetime value, as well as analysing the customer journey and how customers navigate the website
  • Optimise different marketing channels through deep analysis, in order to understand the customer journey and the different touch points
  • Analyse pricing models and optimise these to ensure profitability and customer growth
  • Work alongside market leaders in the product space
  • Help cultivate growth and progression

YOUR SKILLS - WHAT ARE THEY LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

As a Lead Product Analyst, you will need:

  • Have proven experience working in product analytics, ideally mentoring someone
  • Have excellent SQL proficiency for analysis, and preferably strong Python skills and modelling experience
  • Have extensive a/b testing/MVT experience, experimenting on product features and personalisation
  • Be extremely data and tech literate, with statistical knowledge
  • Have experience in the above role responsibilities to carry over into this position
