At Lantmannen Unibake we manufacture Bread and Danish pastry for the retail, foodservice and wholesale markets.


We are looking for a person to work closely with our retail partners to ensure best in class Bakery solutions for our retail instore Bakery customers. Which means that the role will be field based, ideally you will also be commutable from our Bedford site.

This is a newly created role in our business and there is a real opportunity for you to put your stamp on this role.

You are:


  • Able to review and suggest solutions to ISB operational challenges
  • Great at communication & coaching with the ability to train/present to large groups

You'll have:


  • A strong understanding of retail Instore Bakery Operations across scratch & bakeoff sectors
  • An understanding of retail Instore Bakery stock control
  • Around 5 years' experience in a Bakery environment
  • Understanding of Bakery processes ideally large retail
  • Understanding of product quality & technical issues

You'll be great at:


  • Core Bakery skills, with ability to teach others how to bake off ISB products
  • Providing product launch support across all retailers
  • Your working hours will be Monday to Friday hours per week between the hours of 6am and 6pm
