Clinical Lead

Full Time - £38,000 to £43,000 dependent on experience

PIPS have developed this exciting new role to enhance the clinical skills, knowledge and expertise in the delivery of support to individuals with complex needs living in their own homes.

As a Clinical lead, you will provide targeted leadership in the delivery of interventions to individuals living in their own homes.
You will work in partnership with the Team Manager of the service to ensure a high quality of support is delivered to each individual.
You will provide support and advice across the 24hr period, modelling, coaching and advising staff to enhance the quality of the delivery of support.
You will support and advise PIPS support staff to ensure they deliver agreed PBS and related activity plans consistently
You will liaise closely with the local NHS clinical teams who are leading on the coordination of the care for each individual, ensuring plans are up to date, regularly reviewed and relevant.
You will provide clinically informed feedback to clinicians leading the review of packages of care providing analysis of the data to inform decision making.
You will work in partnership with PIPS other PBS and clinical leads to ensure PIPS are able to provide advice support and training to its staff.
You will be a key leader within the service you work as well as the wider PIPS services.
