£30,000 to £33,000 per annum

King Lifting is a growing and ambitious family business based in Avonmouth, Bristol, providing mobile crane hire and plant/machinery movement from depots across the south of England.

The role:

We are currently seeking an Assistant Management Accountant to provide support to the senior finance team and be responsible for the development of management accounts, financials, cash flows, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Audit preparatory work with appropriate reconciliations and information packs
Improve and develop credit control procedures
Assist in monthly reconciliation of invoice finance facility with ledger and cash book support
Identify improvements, develop approved management accounting techniques
Adhoc financial projects

Skills, Experience & Qualifications required:

_Essential:
_

You must have a minimum of 1 years' proven experience of working within a management accounting role i.e. general ledger work around budgets, variance analysis, costings
Capability to work under your own volition to support the Finance Management Team
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with proactive approach to problem solving
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office

_Desirable:
_

PAYE/Payroll experience
Recognised financial qualification or studying towards a qualification
Process improvement experience
