Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a strong understanding of food safety practices. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests by serving high-quality beverages and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a blend of creativity, efficiency, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the bar area.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic math skills for billing purposes.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drink orders.
• Maintain an organised workspace, ensuring all equipment is clean and in good working order.

Skills

• Strong hospitality skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
