Who you are:


With 2+ years of experience in social media content planning, creation and reporting, ideally within a brand/retailer environment, you are an organic social media expert with a track-record of delivering scroll-stopping content.


You have a strong creative vision and live and breathe Gen Z culture with a particular passion for TikTok — understanding the intricacies and nuances of this platform, and the communities and trends that are borne from it.


You are proactive and extremely organised, with the ability to manage a high output and reactive social media content calendar.


You have an innovative spirit and can identify trends and pitch new ideas, with the ability to deliver quantitative and qualitative reports on your content and channel performance.


What you will be doing:

As our Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for the following:

TIKTOK

  • Supporting the Social Media & Community Manager in delivering an optimised and reactive channel and content strategy with a focus on brand affinity and engagement
  • Supporting the Social Media & Community Manager in defining KPIs and benchmarks on a biannual basis
  • Management of a reactive TikTok content calendar, ensuring content and activations mirror the strategy whilst also aligning with wider marketing team activity, cultural moments and trends
  • Management and production of all TikTok content from selfshot to briefing our Social Creative or inhouse brand talent
  • Copywriting for all TikTok captions, including invideo text
  • Curating weekly and monthly quantitative reports on channel and content performance
  • Curating weekly qualitative reports for wider marketing, trade and customerfacing teams that highlight trends, community insights and opportunities
  • Implementing new tools, products, and creative concepts with a test & learn approach
  • Consult the Paid Social Team on organic content best practices to inform TikTok ad strategy

INSTAGRAM STORIES

  • Supporting the Social Media & Community Manager in defining an optimised and reactive channel and content strategy with a focus on engagement and traffic
  • Supporting the Social Media & Community Manager in defining KPIs and benchmarks on a biannual basis
  • Management of a reactive Instagram Story content calendar, ensuring content and activations mirror the strategy whilst also aligning with wider marketing team activity, cultural moments, and trends
  • Management and production of all Instagram Story content from selfshot to briefing our Social Creative or inhouse and brand talent and curating UGC
  • Briefing our Copy Team and subediting all Instagram Story copy prior to final approval
  • Curating weekly and monthly quantitative reports on channel and content performance
  • Implementing new tools, products, and creative concepts with a test & learn approach
