_£55,000 DOE + Benefits _
Quinton Davies is pleased to be representing a client with the recruitment of an Audit Manager for their growing audit function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead audit assignments in accordance with governing requirements
- Provide assurance to senior management on the success of the control environment within the group.
- Drive continuous improvement by assessing and reporting on the overall effectiveness of the risk management and governance processes across the company.
- Appropriately challenging senior Management to improve effectiveness of processes.
- Deliver a portfolio of audits to a high quality within agreed budget and timescales.
- Effectively manage work undertaken by peers and colleagues
- Engage with external and internal stakeholders, throughout audit.
- Take full responsibility for producing clear and concise audit reports
- Present findings to senior management and agree actions which mitigate risk, strategic objectives, and commercial realities???????
Required Experience- Qualified Chartered Accountant (or equivalent experience)
- Great analytical skillset
- Hands on experience of working and qualifying within Audit
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work effectively as part of a close knit team
- Knowledge of the financial services industry is desirable but not essential
