Team Leader for Mechanical & Climatic Projects

Location:
Stevenage

Salary:
Up to £58,000 p/a + Excellent Bonus, Pension & Flexible working
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader for Mechanical & Climatic Projects

to join a world class technical engineering company based in Stevenage where you can become an influential part of the team which consistently achieves exciting delivery breakthroughs


In this role, you will own the development and performance of mechanical and climatic projects team across a number of critical projects.

You will bring your project management, people management, technical skills, and ability to encourage people within the team, wider department, function, and external partners to meet business delivery across multiple projects.

Our team is collaborative and industry leading. You will have a high degree of interaction with partners across functions, projects and other countries within the business and you will gain the satisfaction of solving problems, leading, and developing your team and delivering projects
