Finance Integrations Leader - Six-month contract

Glasgow with hybrid working

Salary - Excellent

Lusona is supporting one of our Global clients in Glasgow to source suitable applicants for the post of Finance Integrations Leader to take up a six-month fixed contract.

We would like to hear from Qualified Accountants who are available at short notice with previous experience in leading integrations for large organisations.

The primary responsibilities will include:

Leading the Integration of accounting activities for a newly acquired division and fully implementing the future operating model
Leading the migration of work to the Glasgow office and supporting overseas transactional teams when required
Leading the integration of systems, setting up global cost recharge models, reviewing 3rd party accounting service providers and overall review of legacy business operations to amalgamate fully with the acquired business
Playing a key part with Operational Steering Groups as required with key integration projects, ensuring key risks and issues are flagged and mitigated as necessary
Engaging with other finance, nonfinance and change teams on Global projects to ensure the endtoend success of delivery
Reviewing current and future procedures and processes to ensure full compliance with SOX and other requirements

Applicants will ideally be fully Qualified, ACCA, CIMA or ICAS and have significant experience operating at a senior level in a blue-chip organisation.

Previous experience in restructuring teams and leading migrations is essential for this role.
