An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Legal to lead and grow the Residential offerings for a legal practice with the head office in Hertfordshire.

This role is based in Southend-on-Sea and offers the chance to play a key role in the dynamicand profitable growth of the current Residential Conveyancing team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Growth of the Residential Conveyancing team
  • Management and supervision of the team
  • Management of an interesting and complex caseload of property matters
  • Undertaking regulatory and compliance matters
  • Client relationship management

Skills:


  • 6 years of PQE (Cilex, Licenced Conveyancer or Solicitor)
  • Ability to act as an ambassador for the Residential Conveyancing team
  • Managing staff and conducting performance reviews
  • An interest in using technology to improve the client experience
