SEND Recruitment Consultant

Salary:
Up to £25,000 per annum + Commission

Main Duties:


  • Work closely with local authorities to ensure alignment with SEND policies and regulations.
  • Facilitate tutoring sessions with Nurture Tutors and parents.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and development of our Nurture Pathway within the community.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for all Nurture Teachers (NTs), providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Create comprehensive assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of nurturing teaching strategies.
  • Utilise online platforms such as Indeed and our company website to recruit qualified nurture teachers.
  • Craft compelling job adverts to attract top talent in the field of SEND education.
  • Attend multiagency meetings as the representative for SEND inclusion support, advocating for the needs of children with SEND.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, including schools, families, and community organisations, to ensure collaboration and support for children with SEND.
  • Collect and compile weekly reports from tutors, ensuring accurate and timely submission to relevant Local Education Authorities (LEAs) and clients.
  • Play a role in safeguarding all teachers, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in SEND education recruitment OR a degree level qualification with a solid understanding of SEND.
  • Passion for making a positive impact in the SEND education sector.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SEND policies and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
