THE JOB
- Managing and building strong working relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Handling external inbound calls for emergency reactive repairs
- Instructing and administration of emergency repair works
- Electronic invoice processing
- Maintaining systems, databases and client records
- Assessing compliance requirements
