DOC Cleaning is a privately owned family run business providing a range of cleaning and associated services to a wide range of prestigious landmark locations predominantly in London, the South East and Home Counties.
An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to carry out general cleaning duties and lead a small team of cleaners and porters at a heritage site in the City of London.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Carrying out regular cleaning duties
- Acting upon instructions from the line manager/supervisor, company, and client representatives
- Checking stock levels
- Establishing effective site/client relationships
- Ensuring that the team are wearing correct uniform and act in a responsible and safe manner
- Coordinate cleaning and portering tasks to ensure they are carried out successfully
- Completing and submitting timesheets to the line manager
- Ensuring compliance with time management systems
- Carrying the radio for twoway communication with the company and client
The applicant must have good communication skills. Written and spoken English is essential and excellent customer service skills as client liaison is part of the role.
Working hours: 6am to 9am Monday to Friday
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Salary:
£14.30 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
