Description
Book Keeper and office worker required who can work closely in assisting the owners directly. An energetic team member, used to office work and keen to help the business operate would be ideal.

We need the right person who can monitor incoming/outgoing finances and contact Service Users if necessary. Someone who can implement a system and operate it efficiently to ensure visits are invoiced and paid for accurately.

A knowledge of QuickBooks would be a big advantage, part of the position will be to assist in initially setting up the system and adding Service Users information to it then monitor the system as part of their duties.

In addition, the person will assist with relevant office tasks.

These include, admin to update different aspects of Service Users information and possibly handling phone calls when other members of the office team are off.


To generalize, help in the smooth running of the office, including phone calls and the finances and to assist the owners with any necessary tasks to help with the day-to-day.

If we find the right person, we are very happy for an immediate start.

£11.00 per hour
