Learning and Development Business Partner

£50,000

Nottingham

Hybrid - 2 days office, 3 days home

Full time or 4 days per week
I am really excited to be able to share this L&D Business Partner role.

You will be part of a wider L&D team, but supporting a number of teams across the business, identifying skills gaps within their departments and generating skills and capability matricesto help fill these gaps.

This role will work closely with Managemnt to compare the talent already in the team and development areas needed.

From this, different academies and training will be devised to upskill current staff and bring in new staff to achieve their team goals.

Therefore,engagement with the Recruitment team is also essential.
