Tradewind Education is seeking a Maintenance Officer to work full-time, long-term in a friendly Runcorn Primary School.


We are looking for an individual who is reliable, caring and motivated, with the ability to use their initiative and carry out efficient maintenance of the school building and site.

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct basic building and equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain the school facilities to a high standard
  • Communicate effectively with staff, pupils, parents, and contractors
  • Adhere to established safety policies and procedures

Requirements:


  • Experience in building and equipment repairs and maintenance
  • Practical skills such as joinery, plumbing, and decorating are a plus
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Enhanced Child Workfoce DBS
  • Professional references
  • Legal right to work in the UK
