Night Concierge position at Rendall & Rittner (W3 Building, M3)

Location - W3 Building (Manchester, M3)

Working Hours - 4 days on 4 days off 19:00 - 07:00

Salary - £25,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

Contract - Permanent

Your working environment?

This role will be based at an exclusive development in the heart of Manchester with 225 residential homes The W3 Building is located on the corner of Whitworth Street West and Oxford Road which is close to the Manchester universities and opposite OxfordRoad station.

The development has nine floors in total and offers one, two and three bedroom apartments. The development has an on-site concierge service plus a communal garden space.

- you know how to deal effectively with feedback, in the moment. Acting as the main point of contact for all queries.
- your team matters to you, so you support them, working together, building strong working relationships with residents, guests, and external contractors, ultimately supporting a strong unified working environment.

You'll already have some brilliant experiences behind you in relation to delivering great customer service, managing complaints, working safely, and working in a team environment.
