Please see an amazing opportunity that I'm thrilled to be working on as this agency is awesome. An award-winning influencer-marketing agency who are one of the leaders in the field of Influencer marketing.
They are working with fantastic brands and celebrity influencers from the UK, to USA and the Caribbean. In which you would have all expenses visits to these destinations for 1-2 weeks as part of your role.

Role:


  • We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven, results focused and hands on; with a proven track record of developing and optimising marketing strategies and driving growth. You will be responsible for developing our marketing and communications strategy;building client relationships; publicising the agency's profile and its work; managing and cultivating PR relationships and opportunities; supporting our external communications.
  • The Marketing Manager will be a highly knowledgeable, motivated and capable professional who, along with senior leadership, will understand Company objectives and construct plans and strategies to execute marketing strategies that deliver on our PR and newbusiness targets. Also working closely with the New Business Team on the creation of new sales material and marketing collateral, along with creating digital content when required; managing internal and external resources.
  • This is a handson role to actively shape an agency and its ambitions. To be successful you will need to be determined, diligent, commerciallyminded and an excellent communicator. You will bring with you a winning formula for marketing processes and strategies;ensuring that all marketing and communications activity is aligned and supports the overall business objectives.
  • You will need to be organised, selfassured, meticulous in your attention to detail, and a strategic thinker with high energy who naturally thrives in a fastpaced agency setup. Working independently and across our teams, you will consult on all aspectsof marketing when collaborating across the business; offering advice, insight and education on the best approaches to optimise our marketing efforts.

Minimum Requirements:


  • 4+ years agency experience working alongside business development//sales teams
  • Devising and supporting the internal and external marketing plans and strategies
  • Identifying opportunities to raise the agency profile/brand which will enable new client opportunities and build/reinforce reputation both internally and externally
  • Enhance our industry positioning through effective PR via industry body memberships
  • Representing the agency within industry organisations, attending networking and other events
  • Managing PR activities to achieve maximum coverage for the agency; figureheads, client wins, opinion pieces, news, culture, social, general PR, etc
  • First class copywriting skills - developing compelling stories that drive interest and emotion
  • Developing and implementing marketing communication plans to support the new business activities
  • Developing, creating and delivering marketing materials and funnels for multiple channels
  • Experienced in business development and income generation
  • Skilled relationship management; identifying prospects, responding to prospects and converting prospects into clients
  • Strategic thinker with a proven track record of strategic planning/success
  • Powerful influencing ability and gravitas for establishing and building empathetic and commercial
