The role
Based at the company head office at 57 Feus Road, Perth, we are seeking to appoint an accounts payable assistant to join our finance department.
The Person requires
- Good, proven administration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise workload.
- Strong IT skills and proficient in MS Office packages
- To be a good team player
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of highvolume supplier invoices.
- Reconciliation of accounts to supplier statements
- Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders, working with colleagues to promptly resolve any discrepancies.
- Creation and maintenance of supplier accounts
- Any adhoc duties as required.
