The role


Based at the company head office at 57 Feus Road, Perth, we are seeking to appoint an accounts payable assistant to join our finance department.

This position requires previous experience within a similar role within a volume processing environment.


The Person requires

  • Good, proven administration skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage and prioritise workload.
  • Strong IT skills and proficient in MS Office packages
  • To be a good team player

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate and efficient processing of highvolume supplier invoices.
  • Reconciliation of accounts to supplier statements
  • Reconciliation of invoices against purchase orders, working with colleagues to promptly resolve any discrepancies.
  • Creation and maintenance of supplier accounts
  • Any adhoc duties as required.
