DEPARTMENT - Health and Safety

RATE OF PAY - £12.00 per hour plus fantastic benefits

CONTRACT TYPE - Full Time Permanent

HOURS OF WORK - 37.5 hours per week

SHIFT DETAILS - 5 days out of 7

OVERVIEW

An exciting opportunity is now available for a confident and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly, vibrant and dynamic Health and Safety team.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

You will have a positive, professional approach along with exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines from a variety of stakeholders and employees of The Celtic Collection.

A first-class multitasker with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to work using your own initiative, along with a critical mind to actively assess situations and take an alternative approach when necessary.

A fantastic eye for detail and being IT literate is necessary for this role.
Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will support the Health and Safety Manager to ensure that the Celtic Collection and ICC Wales meet all required legislative obligations and drive continuous improvement of health, safety, and welfare.

In addition, to facilitate the ongoing implementation and development of strategies and procedures, ensuring that all staff adhere to the highest standard.

You will promote a positive health and safety culture within the Resort by supporting the Health and Safety Manager with their role, assisting with compliance audits, administration, control of contractors, and other Health and Safety Management areas.
