Solicitor - EL/PL Defendant

An NQ to 3 years PQE personal Injury Solicitor is required by this top 50 UK law firm to deal with Defendant EL/PL work from its office based in Manchester.

Role Overview

In joining this firm as a personal injury solicitor, you will become part of an established practice recognised as a market leader in defendant insurance work.

On offer is the chance to join the specialist EL/PL team representing leading Insurers, public authorities and police forces.

The firm is seeking a personal injury solicitor who can demonstrate:

Acting and assisting on Employers Liability and Public Liability claims on behalf of leading Insurers, public authorities and police forces.
Handling own case load and assisting others with Fast Track and Multitrack work, including complex personal injury claims and civil actions against public authorities or bodies.
Reporting to, liaising with and meeting clients with a high level of professionalism.
Drafting pleadings.
Preparing instructions to counsel and experts and attending and advising in conference.
Conducting research and keeping up to date with legal and industry practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Adhoc tasks as required
