Project Manager - Chesterfield - £45,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be working with one of the UK's leading suppliers of energy solutions with a focus on relationships and service on a contract basis for 12 months with a high probability of this being extended or being made permanent.

This isan exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience of working within a similar role.

Reporting to the IT Service Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the wider business by providing project management skills for a technical and business change project.

Project Manager Responsibilities:


  • Production of all key project documents
  • Facilitation of workshops to derive business requirements and to identify process and system improvements
  • Prioritisation and allocation of work packages to team and business members
  • Securing resources from within the business and project team to deliver projects to time, cost and quality
  • Production of highlight reports and facilitation of Project Boards
  • Working with the wider business to identify changes in scope and manage these through prioritisation, backlog and change control processes
  • Facilitate scoping and estimating sessions at both Project Initiation level and through planning and replanning sessions within the project

Hours:


  • Monday
  • Friday 8.45am 5.00pm

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Proven track record in Project Management
  • Awareness of GDPR within the UK
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure
  • Experience of delivering successful business change process improvement projects
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work accurately in a busy and demanding environment
  • Good IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook)
  • Full project lifecycle experience of business change and technical projects
