Head of Finance


Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with an ambitious and growing private equity backed company based in Holborn to source a highly commercial Head of Finance to manage a team of 4.

This role will focus on reporting, business partnering and investmentanalysis.


Duties:


  • Financial Reporting monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting and statutory reporting
  • Business Partnering providing sound financial support and insights to enable the Senior Leadership Team to make critical business decisions
  • Investment appraisal and analysis
  • Presenting results to nonfinance staff to understand
  • Working with the Finance Director to implement best practice methods to increase revenue and reduce costs
  • Managing budget and accounting information billing, collections, and tax information
  • Lead and mentor the finance team

Requirements:


  • ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualified.
  • Previous experience in a senior financial managerial position
  • Experience in building a new finance team
  • Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Sumifs, etc)

Salary + other information:

- £70,000 - £75,000 + benefits

  • Based near Holborn
  • Hybrid working arrangement.
