Stoke On Trent Accountants Ltd t/a 3E'S Accountants is offering the role of an Admin Assistant at Stoke-On-Trent office. You will be closely working with Practice manager and Client manager to assist them with various business needs.This role will also add on to your knowledge base as it will revolve around serving diverse needs for SME's and Self-Employed individuals.
About UsYour day-to-day activities would typically include
- Communicating with clients including prospects
- Communicate with HMRC on behalf of various clients
- Scanning various documents including daily posts and client accounts data
- Maintain and organise documents received from clients
- Promote services provided by firm while speaking to clients
- Act as bridge between Clients and Practice manager and if needed set up appointments
Depending on the individual drive, there is potential to learn various aspects of accountancy and payroll and there by enhance your career.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Any qualification is acceptable with experience in customer services
- Ability to balance your workload effectively and delivering on time
- Able to demonstrate good client relationship skills
- Business Development Skills (not a necessity)
- Wellmannered and efficient communication to people within and outside organisation
Salary range:
£18, £21,000.00 per annum based on experience
Work days and Hours
- Monday to Friday
