My client manages its Research and Charity services and is looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst based in Watford to join a Data team of 15 (3 in the Customer Data Team.) This role is 50/50 work from home and being in the office.

The Senior DataAnalyst will implement a data-driven approach to marketing performance management and benchmarking (Setting KPI's on scorecards etc.) as well as establishing data insights within the day to day processes extracting value out of data constantly to make it moreefficient for colleagues.

The company as well as the starting salary will offer Free Parking, 12.5% pension, 28 days + Bank Holiday and a Discretionary Bonus

Key skills the Senior Data Analyst will have:

Extensive Google Analytics experience (Help with the backend)
Knowledge of PowerBI, Advanced excel and DAX
Exposure of using DotDigital
Experience with CRM and Customer Data Analytics is desirable
