Purpose of the Job
Receive and deal with calls from contract and non-contract customers requiring service support
Service administration
Contract/warranty administration
Specific Responsibilities
Customer Calls
- For calls requiring a site visit, log the call with company
- For calls requiring presales onsite support liaise with Pre-Sales
- For calls logged on a company website, allocate to the appropriate engineer and create a Service Request
- Direct other calls to the appropriate department
- Technical Helpdesk, Sales, etc.
Service Administration
- Order spare parts and consumables as required by customers
- Submit invoices for all chargeable work (field service and workshop)
- Reconcile with worksheets and close nonchargeable technicians' work
- Submit invoices for Workshop repairs
- Log swap out, depot repair printhead warranty checks and technicians' calls
- Investigate disputed invoices and resolve issues where possible
- Raise customer credits where appropriate
Contract/Warranty Administration
- Submit invoices for monthly renewal contracts
- Create and send warranty expiry letters to customers as dates become due
- Create and send service renewal contracts to customers as dates become due
Job Types:

Salary:
£21,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
