We are looking for a Finance officer to join our friendly and supportive administration team.

You will be working closely with the School Business Manager assisting with all aspects of the development and effective operation of the finance and business functions of the school.

This is a term time only position.


Main Areas of Responsibility

Finance

• Assist the School Business Manager in the management of financial administration, ensuring that all protocols are met in accordance with SFVS and in seeking best value for the school
• Coordinating and completing administrative routines relating to orders, invoices, cheques, income and the receipt and distribution of goods and services
• To place orders for goods, advising on best value, giving details of alternative suppliers.
• Manage subscriptions & contract renewals
• Manage the school online payment module
• Assist in bank reconciliation and other month end procedures as required, reporting any issues to Business Manager.
