Job details:
We have a new and exciting position for a Head of Block Management with a good client of ours. This is a new position with overall responsibility for a significant portfolio and a team of Managers.

This is a varied role with responsibility for financial performance, leading and managing a team, managing performance and customer service, overseeing compliance across the portfolio, dealing with new business enquiries and taking having strategic input in areas such as procedures and systems.

We are looking for an experienced individual with significant experience in the block management sector with proven experience in leading and building teams, financial experience together with the ability to lead, motivate and manage a business.
