    Job Title: Payroll Implementation Consultant

    We are seeking a skilled Payroll Implementation Consultant to join our team in Manchester.

    This role offers an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional to be part of a team ensuring seamless onboarding and payroll experiences for clients and employees.

    The ideal candidate will have experience onboarding new clients into a bureau or accountancy practice, or implementing a new system within an in-house setting. Manual calculations, end-to-end, and bureau payroll experience are essential.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Implementation and onboarding of new clients
    • Building new client relationships
    • Assisting with parallel run processing
    • Ensuring accurate results from previous payroll providers
    • Guiding customers on service and system features
    • Providing exceptional customer service
