Portico are on the lookout for an organised and customer focused Welcome Host, for a multi-tenant corporate building offering premium office space in central London.

The Welcome Host will "own" the ground floor reception space, ensuring that all visitors receive a top-class service.


We are looking for someone who is comfortable to be accountable for multiple processes, to deal with the varied tasks the Welcome Host must undertake.

They will need to ensure that the highest level of client care and personal service is delivered to all visitors and callers, as well as being the main contact for facilities related queries.

They will drive new initiatives to improve the customer experience, arranging events & activities to drive occupier engagement within the building.

Shift pattern: 8am-5pm from Monday-Friday


Salary:
£30,050


Qualifications
Customer service experience is required for the role, preferably within a reception role. Experience of arranging events is a desirable.
