Manage the end-to-end creation of our events
As an Event Executive, you will be an integral member of the Softcat Events Team.

You will be responsible for managing and supporting a varied calendar of events including our Annual Kick Off, Charity Ball, Partner Forum, Corporate Hospitality, Exhibitions and third-party events, Customer Roundtables, and Incentive Trips.


As an Event Executive, you'll be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end creation of events from inception to onsite delivery
  • Managing Partner or Sponsor contribution and attendance (exhibition implementation, stand build, creative design and sponsor packages)
  • Creating and implementing a project plan ensuring key milestones are clearly identified, and commitments are gained from stakeholders
  • Defining budget requirements and managing through annual cycles of approval and spend tracking
  • Collaborating with agencies to source venues and to support with event planning and execution

We'd love you to have

  • Demonstrative experience of managing a broad portfolio of corporate and 3rd party events
  • Previous management of partner/sponsor attendance at events
  • Confidence in presenting with the ability to influence and manage key internal and external stakeholders
  • A highly creative flair and a passion for events

  • Hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home
  • Working flexible hours flexing the times you start and finish during the day

  • This role is also available as part time (4 days a week)
