Description
We require an E-commerce Customer Service Advisor to join our young, quickly expanding company.

We are looking to recruit an experienced E-Commerce Assistant, who can demonstrate a proven track record of liaising with customers through eBay.

Job is office based in a warehouse. You will be working in a quiet environment and alone. If you are looking for a social job this might not be suitable for you.


Requirements:

eBay or similar online platform, marketplace experience
Excellent spelling, punctuation and grammar
Multitasking skills
A keen eye and attention to detail
Computer literate, with a high level of word processing skills.
Well organised and able to manage a demanding workload.
Self motivated working with a small team, with excellent time management skills.
Able to work within a fast paced website environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Converting customer enquiries into retail sales.
Manage and oversee any customer issues or complaints.
Proactively answering and dealing with customer enquiries, providing information on products and services.
Processing customer payments.


Salary
- £10 to £11 per hour

  • 28 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays
  • Company pension scheme

  • Hours are between 8:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
