Responsibilities:


Assisting with Social Media Management:

• Support the generation of ideas and creation of engaging social media content across all platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and YouTube.
• Schedule social media posts, monitor engagement metrics, and analyse results to improve content and increase audience engagement.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and engagement on social media platforms.

Content Creation and Optimisation:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content is aligned with brand guidelines, effectively communicates our services, and engages our target audience.
• Assist in optimising written content for search engines (SEO) and implementing strategies to improve organic visibility.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Monitor and analyse digital marketing metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance marketing strategies.

Market Research and Competitive Analysis:

• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights to support the development of effective marketing strategies.
• Gather valuable customer feedback and insights to understand their needs, preferences, and behaviours.
• Present research findings and recommendations to the marketing team, contributing to datadriven decisionmaking processes.

General Marketing Administration Duties:

• Support the Marketing Manager with general administration duties as needed, such as packaging quotations, coordinating marketing materials, and assisting in event planning and logistics.

Qualifications and Skills:

• A passion for digital marketing and eagerness to learn and develop in this field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their professional usage.
• Basic understanding of content creation principles and an eye for engaging storytelling.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive approach to tasks.

Education and Experience:

• 7 GCSEs grade 4 Prior experience or coursework in digital marketing or related fields is desirable but not required.
