You will be the first person with whom our customers interact.

In this client facing role you will be working with a talented team that offer a multi award winning service in a fast growing sector of the property market.


You should have experience of dealing with clients in a customer facing position and want to work as part of a small and ambitious team, be conscientious with a 'can-do' attitude.

You will be responsible for taking bookings, handling queries, dealing with last minute changes and coordinating the daily schedules of the team.

No day will ever be the same.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients.

Effective multi-tasking will be a definite advantage, the ability to work well under pressure whilst still maintaining a friendly and helpful approach.

This role will suit a self-starter who likes to take ownership of their area of responsibility, who is always looking to improve ways of working and actively problem solving.

Continual improvement is in our DNA.


Being able to work in a small team environment with a strong work ethic is essential; asking for help when you need it is really important (all ego's are left at the door) as is giving feedback on all aspects of LetCheck's service.


This industry has a seasonal element; the team are 'all hands on deck' in the summer (June-September) and less busy in winter so flexibility is expected from all sides to offer first class service, we work with some of the most prestigious property companies in the UK.

We offer full training onsite.

Salary:
£20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Education:


  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
