Job description
Assisting with daily living activities such as eating, showering and using the toilet
Utilising equipment to move service users when necessary
Helping tidy the service user's home or room
Talking to service users and reassuring them and their families
Adhering to professional standards
Delivering reports to Case Managers and reviewing any important changes in the service user's condition
Escorting service users for appointments
Assisting and supervising service users with their medication
Documentation and record keeping of events and activities
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Salary:
£10.82-£13.70 per hour
