We are recruiting a Sales Administrator/Internal Sales to work for a metal company based in Dudley. The company have been established for over 50 years.

The main duties will be:

  • Dealing with requests for new enquiries, orders and queries
  • Processing enquiries and orders as requested
  • Providing excellent customer and feedback
  • Following up on quotations
  • Liaising as required with internal teams
  • Keeping customers informed on developments
  • Assisting other departments within the sales office when required
  • Any further duties requested by management
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organisation skills
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Fully proficient in IT skills
