We are recruiting a Sales Administrator/Internal Sales to work for a metal company based in Dudley. The company have been established for over 50 years.The main duties will be:
- Dealing with requests for new enquiries, orders and queries
- Processing enquiries and orders as requested
- Providing excellent customer and feedback
- Following up on quotations
- Liaising as required with internal teams
- Keeping customers informed on developments
- Assisting other departments within the sales office when required
- Any further duties requested by management
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organisation skills
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Fully proficient in IT skills
