Shifts:
Working between 8.30am - 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm Saturday, 10am - 4pm Sunday, 5 days out of 7
Training: 6 weeks

CCA Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a very highly rated travel insurer, looking for enthusiastic Customer Sales Advisors to join their team
Through inbound calls, you will be helping new customers, discussing their needs and demands (including medical) and matching them with a great product that's best suited to them.
To be successful in this role, you will get full training to help you effectively match your customers to the products, understanding their needs and giving you the confidence to be a persuasive communicator to progress within your role.
Contact centre experience is required for this role, and although experience within FCA/Insurance is preferable, it is not essential.There will be targets to achieve each day, with a supportive team around you for advice, and the resources to have the right knowledge to help you achieve these.
As an Inbound Customer Sales Advisor you would be responsible for:
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Offering customers the best product that suits their needs
- Selling the benefits of different products
- Following selling scripts to ensure all sales are regulatory compliant
We are looking for:
- Pride and experience in delivering best in class customer service experience by phone in an Inbound Sales environment
- Deliver upon FCA regulatory and underwriting expectations to ensure Risk and Compliance score of 91% or above
- Understand customers demand and needs (including medical) throughout the sales journey to find most suitable product/solution
- Successfully achieve positive commercial outcomes and delivery against KPIs through excellent influencing and negotiating skills
- Ability to overcome customer objections via sales skill around price, shopping around and speaking to partner in order to drive positive resolution
- Maintain product knowledge across all our brands to ensure proactive retention of all customers within our eco system
- Proactively support your colleagues and collaborate to help achieve targets
- Clear communicator who can build relationships and bring their personality to work
- Selfmotivated to be able to take accountability of your own development and strive for the best version of you
- IT literate, able to take inbound calls whilst navigating multiple software.
