Job Description:


The Integration and Delivery team are responsible for successfully implementing new business opportunities or changes to existing services into the International Media Operations team and wider international business.

With responsibility across the Media Operations lifecycle from scheduling & playout to media ordering & fulfilment the team are experts at delivering new services across the end-to-end workflow.


The breadth of the team's responsibility includes:

  • Business Development Support & Governance
  • Project Management, Delivery Methodology, Reporting & Accountability
  • Service Transition, Integration & Change Management
  • Global Workflow Optimisation & Productivity Improvement

Specifically:

we require an Integration Specialist to join the team who will build and maintain an overarching knowledge of the end-to-end IMO workflows and processes, using that expertise to recommend, establish and communicate efficiency improvements.

The role will be based in London and will involve some international travel.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work as a senior member of the Integration & Delivery team
  • Provide overarching knowledge of the endtoend International Workflows
  • Impart authority on the impact of systems changes on business users
  • Assist projects with the implementation of new workflows or changes to existing processes
  • Investigate workflow failures and issues, identify the source of the issue and offer recommendations for resolution
  • Carry out continual service improvement by identifying opportunities for workflow optimisation and productivity improvements, driving process quality enhancements, improving communication and promoting correct adherence to the process
  • Author and own operational and user documentation ensuring it is maintained by those implementing changes to workflows
  • Carry out User Release testing of systems minimising the risk of disruption to workflows post release
  • Liaise with the International Super User community setting up and chairing regular working groups
  • Provide systems and workflow training as required

  • Broad understanding of technical broadcast systems and operational workflows and ability to work collaboratively with technical authorities and workflow specialists
  • Inquisitiveness with the ability to fully evaluate why a workflow incident has occurred, establishing options for reducing the risk of further occurrences
  • Selfmotivated to identify, champion and implement improvements to the workflows for the benefit of others
